The refrigeration system is the core part of cold storage equipment. Among them, the compressor can be regarded as the "heart" of the cold storage. It mechanically compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, providing power for the entire refrigeration cycle. The condenser is responsible for cooling the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor and condensing it into a liquid state. The heat released in this process is dissipated to the outside through air cooling or water cooling. As the heat-absorbing component of the refrigeration system, the evaporator enables the liquid refrigerant to evaporate and gasify here, absorbing the heat in the cold storage, thereby reducing the temperature in the cold storage and achieving the refrigeration effect.
The insulation system is of great significance for cold storage. High-quality insulation materials can effectively reduce the heat transfer between the inside and outside of the cold storage and reduce energy consumption. Common insulation materials include polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, etc. Polyurethane foam has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, high compressive strength, and high closed-cell rate, making it an ideal choice for cold storage insulation. It can not only maintain the stability of the low-temperature environment in the cold storage but also prevent the occurrence of dew condensation to a certain extent.
