Scroll Compressor

Principle: The moving and stationary scrolls have the same scroll shape but are 180° out of phase, meshing to form a series of enclosed spaces.
The stationary scroll remains stationary, while the moving scroll revolves around the center of the stationary scroll with an eccentric radius.
As the moving scroll revolves, the scrolls mesh sequentially, continuously compressing the crescent-shaped area, thus continuously pressurizing and transporting the gas,
which is finally discharged from the central hole of the stationary scroll.

Structure: Moving scroll (rotor), stationary scroll (stator), support, cross coupling, back pressure chamber, eccentric shaft

7. Scroll compressors have no clearance volume, maintaining high volumetric efficiency.

8. They exhibit small torque variations, high balance, low vibration, and smooth operation, making them easy to operate and readily automated.

9. With few moving parts and no reciprocating mechanisms, they have a simple structure, small size, light weight, fewer parts, high reliability, and a lifespan of over 20 years.
